A controlled process, from drawing to dispatch

Every part follows the same six stages under our ISO-certified quality system, with checks at each hand-off.

  1. 01

    Design & die engineering

We review your drawing for castability, agree critical dimensions and tolerances, and design the die: parting line, gating and risers, cores and cooling.

  2. 02

    Tooling & trials

The die is built in our own shop. Trial castings are measured against the drawing and the die is corrected until samples are approved.

  3. 03

    Casting & heat treatment

Melt temperature, degassing and die temperature are controlled through every shift. Heat treatment such as T6 is applied where the drawing calls for it.

  4. 04

    Inspection & testing

Castings are checked visually and dimensionally, with further tests agreed per part — for example hardness or leak testing.

  5. 05

    Machining & finishing

Through qualified machining partners, so you can receive ready-to-fit parts with one point of contact.

  6. 06

    Packing & dispatch

Parts are packed to protect machined faces and labelled by lot for traceability, for domestic delivery or export.
